We had to re-file chapter 13 due to a family loss and loss of income. Kostopoulos was so helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and kept me updated the whole way. My first attorney was not helpful at all. I highly recommend them. I also loved being able to email back and forth. My first time I had to go to the lawyers office several times. That can get hard with work sometimes. All the ladies I worked with were very friendly too.

I would recommend going to someone who’s actually gonna communicate and help understand the process and not just take money. started my services with them May 2025 and I still haven’t filed for chapter 7 yet will be going to someone else. Also paid them $550 That is now not accounted for. because they want two more payments which I refuse to do because one payment bounced on top of me, communicating my issues and rescheduling payment dates. overall, poor experience and would not recommend anyone to retain this law firm.
